Job Title: Recovery Executive Location: ELURU Please apply near by Eluru candidates Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recovery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the recovery of outstanding payments from clients or customers, ensuring minimal financial losses and maintaining good customer relationships wherever possible. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with delinquent customers via phone, email, or field visits to ensure timely repayment. Negotiate repayment schedules and settlements in accordance with company policy. Maintain updated records of payment status and collection efforts. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports for management review. Coordinate with legal and compliance departments on non-responsive or defaulting accounts. Achieve assigned recovery targets and timelines. Maintain customer confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity. Educate customers on payment options and consequences of non-payment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in recovery, collections, or credit control is preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stress and work under pressure. Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Knowledge of local debt recovery laws and regulations is an added advantage. Willingness to travel if required.
