We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced work environment with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements Draft, proofread, and manage professional email communications on behalf of the CEO Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Excel and PowerPoint Perform advanced data analysis and reporting using Excel and Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) Handle confidential documents and information with integrity Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role Excellent email writing and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and Advanced Excel Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Science preferred.
