Roles and Responsibilities

Manage debt recovery operations for IPD bills, ensuring timely payment collection from patients.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and issues related to billings and payments.
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving cash flow management, reducing bad debts, and increasing revenue.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement in the credit collection process.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
