Role Objective

Recovery & Collections Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead recovery efforts for
dealer outstanding payments
in Hyderabad & Telangana.
Conduct
regular dealer visits
and enforce payment commitments.
Manage
bad debts
and negotiate settlements with defaulters.
Escalate and coordinate with
legal teams
on cheque bounce cases, recovery suits, and criminal complaints (where necessary).
Track and monitor
dealer credit profiles
to reduce future defaults.
Maintain strong
follow-up discipline
and update daily/weekly collection reports.
Work closely with Sales & Accounts teams to ensure smooth cash flow.
Build a culture of
credit discipline
across the dealer network.

Candidate Profile

1015 years experience
in Recovery / Collections (Banking, NBFC, Cement, Steel, or Building Materials preferred).
Proven track record in
recovering high-value outstanding
.
Strong
Hyderabad market knowledge
and dealer network understanding.
Physically strong & commanding personality
, able to deal with tough situations.
Excellent
negotiation, persuasion, and dispute resolution
skills.
Knowledge of
legal processes for debt recovery
(Cheque bounce, 420 cases, etc.).
Local language fluency (
Telugu, Hindi, English
).
Background in
Bank/NBFC Recovery
,
Cement/Steel Collections
, or
Ex-Police/Enforcement
experience is an added advantage.
