Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

• Preparation of MYTP submission
• Monitoring of various regulatory developments and impact assessment
• Support in implementation of TDSAT order

Business Plan Projections

• Timely co-ordination in preparation of Business Plan Projections
• Ensuring timely completion of Business Plan Projections

Credit rating of

• Co- ordination in Annual Assessment
• Ensuring the Sustenance and change of outlook as may be possible
• Closely working with Credit Rating Agency in term of giving them over veiw of business performance and Business plan projection
• Periodically provide guidance to the management on possible outcome of credit rating surveillance and other reviews

Funding initiatives

• Fund raising requirements for expansion/general capex/refinancing of existing debts as and when required.
• Support for fund raising initiatives of subsidiaries and responsible for Subsidiaries Compliances

Compliances and Other initiatives

• Ensuring Bond and NCDS periodical compliances and ensuring timely payment of Interest, hedge payments
• Evaluation of Investing / Divesting activities/Commercial initiatives in terms of financial viability and sharing views
