Job Description Project Manager / Project Lead The Project Manager will take ownership of project execution, from planning through completion, while ensuring compliance with client requirements, statutory regulations, and company policies. This position demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to managing multiple stakeholders and project deliverables. Key Responsibilities * Provide overall leadership and direction for the project, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards. * Assess client requirements and develop implementation strategies considering constructability, quality, cost, and time. * Formulate and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and project needs, identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency. * Develop execution and control strategies in collaboration with the client, including procurement plans, contract management frameworks, and staffing plans. * Lead project design review meetings to align objectives with business strategies. * Coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including Client Teams, Design Teams, Quality Consultants, Audit Teams, CRM/Marketing Teams, and Facility Management Teams. * Manage escalations and resolve issues at the highest stakeholder level. * Review construction methods for feasibility, exploring cost- and time-effective alternatives to achieve project goals with optimal resources. * Monitor and control project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks. * Validate and review work orders, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. * Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure stakeholder sign-off before implementation. * Ensure comprehensive project close-out documentation and transfer of lessons learned to future projects. * Ensure full compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and statutory requirements. About You * Qualification: B.E. Civil or B.Tech Civil. * Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with successful completion of at least 2–3 high-rise building projects from start to finish. * Skills & Knowledge: * Strong technical knowledge of civil, architectural, and MEP works. * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. * Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in reading and validating construction drawings, BOQs, and work orders.
