Job Description

Oversee and manage the company s accounting and financial operations.

Handle
finalization of accounts
, preparation of
financial statements
, and
cash flow management
.
Ensure statutory compliance related to
taxation, audits, and regulatory filings
.
Maintain and analyze financial data through
Tally ERP
and other relevant software.
Provide strategic inputs for
budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
.
Liaise with
external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions
.
Supervise
month-end and year-end closing
activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
Lead, guide, and develop the accounts team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
mandatory.
CA / Inter CA
preferred.
Minimum 5 years
of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Experience in the
real estate/construction
industry will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
and
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Strong understanding of
accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
.
