Intern - CSR

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Support & Implementation

• Assist in planning and execution of CSR programs across education, health, livelihood, sustainability, and community development verticals.
• Support field visits, community meetings, school engagement activities, stakeholder interactions, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with partner organizations and vendors for timely delivery of project activities.

2. Monitoring & Documentation

• Track project progress and assist in preparing periodic reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Collect, compile, and verify field data, photographs, attendance records, and beneficiary details.
• Maintain project files, records, and MIS updates.

3. Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on CSR trends, best practices, government schemes, sustainability initiatives, and benchmarking.
• Support needs assessment studies, surveys, and impact measurement exercises.
• Prepare briefs, presentations, and concept notes as required.

4. Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with school authorities, NGO partners, government departments, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Assist in drafting emails, official communications, social media content, and reports.
• Support event planning, workshops, and training sessions.

5. Administrative Support

• Assist with logistics planning for events, meetings, and field activities.
• Manage documentation for MoUs, agreements, invoices, budgets, and procurement-related coordination.
• Support basic data entry, filing, and coordination tasks.

Educational Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, Management, Public Policy, or related fields.
• Interest in sustainability, rural development, education, environment, and community engagement.
