Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day transactional accounting activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Support period-end closing activities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Manage fixed asset accounting and overhead accounting processes
• Perform ledger reconciliations and ensure data integrity
• Provide support for financial reporting and internal reviews
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance
• Ensure daily productivity targets, service levels, and turnaround times are consistently met
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvement or transformation initiatives
• Resolve accounting issues and support stakeholders with timely solutions
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Graduate or Post Graduate with a specialization in Accountancy
• CA / CMA (ICWA) / CPA / CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification
• 4-5 years of functional experience in Record-to-Report or core accounting roles
• Strong working knowledge of SAP or SAP S/4 HANA
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and period-end processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly in English
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining consistency and compliance
• Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and drive process improvements
