Responsibilities include the efficient management of financial records, reconciliation of accounts, preparation of financial reports, and ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, analyzing data to support decision-making, and participating in month-end and year-end closing activities. Qualifications Proficiency in Records Management and Document Management Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and identify trends Experience with Account Reconciliation and financial accuracy Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present data Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards Proficiency in accounting software and tools is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
