Experience Range: 7 to 12 years of total experience [including minimum 1 year of RTR TL experience]

Sub Process:

- Journal entries

- Fixed Asset Management

- GL Reconciliations

- Period Close

- Supporting Audits

- Bank Reconciliation

- Stakeholders

- Internal (Support – DERM, HR, Audit, BRMs etc.) & External (on site)

Mandatory Skill Set:

- 7+ years of experience in to finance & accounts with a minimum of 2+ years in to record to report

- 2+ years of team handling experience Prepare MIS reports and dashboards

- Spearhead periodical reviews and calls with stakeholders (Internal & external)

- Effective management of SLAs & KPIs

- Good exposure in to escalation management

- Ability to handle audits (Internal & external)

- Strong communication skills (oral & written)

- Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions

- Exposure in managing customer floor walks

Desirable Skill Set:

- Good exposure in to ERP tools (Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)

- Post qualification experience of 1+ year (minimum)

- Certifications like Six sigma Green belt / Train the Trainer will be an added advantage

- Exposure in handling BCP situations will be preferable

- KT / Transition experience will be an added advantage

- Managing cross functional training within the team.

Education:

Mandatory: Any commerce / finance graduate

Desirable: M.Com / MBA Finance – Full time will be preferable, Qualified CA / CWA
