What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. What are we looking for?
Responsibilities?¢Manage day-to-day operations of the F&A master data team, ensuring timely and accurate updates of financial master data records.?¢Implement established MDM policies and procedures; monitor compliance and suggest operational improvements.?¢Coordinate with business units to resolve data issues and maintain data integrity.?¢Support data governance activities, including periodic data audits and quality checks.?¢Train and support team members on data management best practices and system usage.?¢Assist with master data-related projects, including data migrations, harmonization, and system enhancements.?¢Prepare regular reports on master data quality, issues, and remediation actions.?¢Ensure adherence to relevant internal controls and regulatory requirements.?¢Act as a point of contact for escalations related to master data management.
Qualifications?¢Bachelor??s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.?¢5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with hands-on experience in master data management.?¢Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and master data tools.?¢Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.?¢Good communication and interpersonal skills.?¢Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional stakeholders.?¢Understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements.?¢Experience in process improvement or automation is an advantage.
