Job Summary

Eligibility

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

  • Accounts/Finance graduation - B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)

  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts


Job Description

  • Overall work experience of 10+ years in FnA domain

  • Understanding end to end of R2R activities

  • Preferred experience of handling client escalations

  • Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day-to-day operations

  • Preferable experience on ERP systems (Oracle etc.)


Resource Specification

  • 100% Work from Office (WFO)

  • Willing to work in night and rotational shifts

  • AR experience required

  • Customer service skills

  • Well-organized and proactive

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally

  • Good listening skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Tracking budget expenses

  • Attention to detail

  • Maintains healthy vendor relationships

  • PC proficiency

  • Data entry skills

  • General math skills
