RTR Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete

  Record to Report (RTR)

  process end-to-end
• Prepare and review

  financial statements

  and reports accurately and timely
• Perform

  account reconciliations

  and ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions
• Manage

  general ledger accounting

  and month-end / quarter-end / year-end closing activities
• Support

  internal and external audits

  by providing required documentation and clarifications
• Ensure compliance with

  financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements

• Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances in financial data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations and reporting
• Continuously improve RTR processes for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in RTR

  with strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Commerce graduate or equivalent (only commerce background accepted)
• Strong understanding of

  general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Good knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes
• Familiarity with

  ERP systems

  (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Immediate joiners or those with a maximum notice period of 30 days only
• Must be willing to work in Ahmedabad (no relocation allowed)
