Job Description:

We are hiring a Lead Associate – R2R with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting. The role requires proficiency in SAP and prior experience in an international BPO/KPO environment.

Key Requirements:

• 3–6 years of R2R experience
• Strong SAP knowledge (FICO/GL or relevant modules)
• Experience in month-end/year-end close, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset accounting
• Background in international BPO/KPO is mandatory
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work in US shift and from Mumbai office
