III. Data And Information Management Responsible for maintaining and confidentiality of all registered documents. Responsible for compilation and sharing of all MCHC activities data on daily, weekly, and monthly basis with the line supervisors including the Provincial Officer, Technical Manager, and Project Coordinator. Ensure accuracy of the data collection for all MCHC personnel. Ensure that all work with clients is kept confidential and that ethical practices are always followed this includes obtaining informed consent of beneficiaries for all pictures taken inside the MCHC. Contexte du poste Dans le cadre de leur partenariat, les Sociétés Nationales Hôte (CR Béninoise et Togolaise) et la Croix-Rouge Française (CRF) s'engagent à unir leurs compétences et leurs moyens pour développer et mettre en œuvre des projets humanitaires et de développement, tout en respectant le principe des modalités de gestion retenues et en s'appuyant sur les principes d'une action dirigée localement, en calibrant les modalités de collaboration opérationnelle à partir d'une identification conjointe des risques et en développant une programmation spécifique de soutien au développement organisationnel des 2 SN. Intervention de la CRF La Croix-Rouge française (CRF) aura pour mission de contribuer à la réponse aux besoins humanitaires des populations vulnérables des deux pays selon le principe du soutien à une approche dirigée localement, avec une attention particulière aux mouvements de populations et aux conséquences climatiques : Santé et soins communautaires (prévention des épidémies, soutien au système de santé) Réduction des risques de catastrophes et secours d'urgence Renforcement des capacités des partenaires nationaux (CR béninoise et CR togolaise et partenaires opérationnels étatiques) Cohésion sociale et développement communautaire Poste Au vu de l'évolution rapide des informations et programmation des acteurs (SNH, Bailleurs et Mouvement) et l'arrivée importante de nouveaux acteurs humanitaires qui se positionnent il est important d'assurer la continuité du suivi des pistes de financements et écritures de projets avec les 2 SN avec une présence permanente d'un DMI sous la forme d'une assistance technique en coopération et développement dont les objectifs seront les suivants : Représenter le bureau régional AO auprès des SN du Bénin et du Togo, des acteurs humanitaires et des bailleurs de fonds. Appuyer la stratégie de localisation et suivre les besoins et actions de renforcement des capacités en lien avec le département SDSN et le BRAO. Suivre les évolutions au sein de la programmation des 2 SN ainsi qu'au niveau des membres du Mouvement et assurer l'intégration de la programmation CRF dans l'ensemble. Interagir avec les départements techniques, planifier et coordonner les missions de support technique aux 2 SNH en lien avec le BRAO Affiner la stratégie d'intervention de la CRF en lien avec le BRAO, développer la programmation opérationnelle 2025-2026 et coordonner sa mise en œuvre. Assurer la mise à jour du plan d'engagement bailleurs de la CRF dans les 2 pays et participer à la priorisation des soumissions avec les 2 SN. Capacité à gérer la complexité dans la gestion des flux d'information entre acteurs internes et externes. Etre capable de décliner une stratégie de coopération innovante à travers les projets qui seront formulés.
