Reconciliation Specialist

What are we looking for?

Experienced in multiple accounts management and handled asset finance-related

operations at a larger scale with clients across geographies

Experience from a Fin-Tech company would be an added advantage

What will you do?

• Owning the end-to-end asset onboarding process of the production houses
• Responsible for reconciling the subscribed amounts from investors and disbursing
• to production houses
• Capable of working in internal tech dashboards for updating and maintaining the
• portfolio of investors
• Calculating the investor's & producers' repayments based on IRR
• Coordinate with asset, sales team to ensure smooth closing process
• Handling support ticket
• Ensuring that the Checklists and Asset Data Room are met on time
• Ensure that funding amounts, escrow balances and credit limits are kept inline with

the policies.

• Responsible for disbursement of funds to the investors in a timely manner post
• reconciliation with the repayment workings
• Responsible for managing ongoing payments to Vendors and Investors.
• Develop fin-tech expertise through a continuous focus on the market environment
• Capable to streamline and automate the processes followed
• Liasoning with escrow and payment service providers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience is required in Accounts Payable/Loan Account
• Management/Asset-Finance Operations roles
• Prior experience in Financial Services
• Working in a StartUp is a plus
• Capable of understanding payment systems and complex reconciliations
