Job Description

Senior Receptionist required for Diagnostic center in Kandivali East( Mumbai). Diagnostic center with CT MRI and other modality experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Guest Handling: Welcoming visitors, directing them to the appropriate areas, and ensuring a positive first impression.
Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring accurate and timely information is conveyed.
Administrative Tasks: such as scheduling appointments, organizing files,
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer or client satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and files.
Data Entry: Performing light data entry tasks.
Mail Management:
Problem Solving: Addressing basic inquiries and resolving minor issues.

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
