Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors courteously and professionally. Register new patients and update existing patient information in the hospital system. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Communication & Coordination: Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate departments or personnel. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, visiting hours, and policies. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Handle inquiries and resolve patient concerns or direct them to the right authority. Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, forms, and documentation accurately. Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness. Handle billing inquiries, payment collections, and receipts as required. Support administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and data protection standards. Follow all protocols for patient safety, infection control, and visitor management.
