Receptionist

About the Role:

Our hotel is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
• Manage room reservations and handle cancellations or modifications
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with hotel management systems (training provided)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
