Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist cum Tele Counselor
Location: Bathinda Branch – Irenic International Education Services Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Timings:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in students/visitors at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, provide accurate information, and redirect queries to the concerned department.
Counsel students/clients over the phone regarding courses, programs, and services offered by the institute.
Maintain records of inquiries and follow-ups in an organized manner.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating with staff.
Ensure smooth front-office operations with a professional and welcoming approach.

Requirements:

Candidate must reside in Bathinda or nearby areas.
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Prior experience in counseling or receptionist roles will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality and ability to handle student queries confidently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
