Tele Caller Executive

Location: Zirakpur & Panchkula Position: Telecaller (Full-Time) Experience: 0–2 years Salary: As per industry standards Working Days: 6 days/week Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our growing team at Irenic International Education Services Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, and providing accurate information about our education and visa services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents Explain services related to IELTS, PTE, admissions, and study visa options Maintain follow-up with interested leads and schedule appointments with counselors Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns Maintain accurate records of calls and lead details in the CRM Collaborate with counselors and front desk team to ensure smooth lead conversion Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus) Basic knowledge of study abroad and student visa processes (training provided) Good interpersonal and persuasive skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Fresher or experience in telecalling/lead generation preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Irenic?
