PROFILE SUMMARY
We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and handle calls, visitors, and administrative tasks with efficiency and courtesy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and handle basic coordination tasks

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client-related documentation

Manage daily communication with clients via Email, WhatsApp, and phone calls

Post and update property listings on various online real estate portals

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized records

Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assignments

Basic understanding of the real estate market will be an added advantage

SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

ELIGIBILITY

2 - 3 year’s experience

B. Com/ B. Com (Hons)- Regular/School of Open Learning

WORKING DAYS & TIME

Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
