Company Description The Dot Design Pre-School is Nashik’s first pre-design school, created for 11th and 12th-grade design aspirants preparing for top design colleges like NID, NIFT, UID, and more. We offer a real design studio experience, ensuring students develop both entrance exam skills and industry-ready design expertise. Our program includes hands-on learning, software and portfolio mastery, material exploration, and insights from industry experts. We are based in Nashik, with our first batch starting in June 2025. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Nashik. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support. Additionally, the Receptionist will handle inquiries, maintain records, assist with student enrollment processes, and ensure smooth communication within the school. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) Experience in customer service or administrative roles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Polite and professional demeanor Experience in an educational environment is a plus Show more Show less
