Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Front Desk Operations • Greet members and visitors with professionalism and courtesy • Handle walk-in enquiries, calls, and WhatsApp messages promptly • Schedule trial sessions, appointments, and follow-ups • Maintain the reception area neat and presentable • Membership & Sales Support • Provide accurate information about membership plans, offers, and facilities • Assist sales team in data entry, lead tracking, and payment follow-ups • Record and maintain daily enquiry logs and reports • Customer Service • Address member queries and escalate issues to the right manager • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out process for members and guests • Handle complaints politely and guide them towards quick resolution • Administrative Tasks • Manage attendance registers for staff/trainers (if required) • Support with filing, documentation, and petty cash handling • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
