Telecaller:- Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally. Follow up with dealers, vendors, and customers to gather updates. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Manage NexTorqs social media platforms (basic posting and updates). Provide accurate information about products and services. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (training will be provided). Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus. Female candidates preferred. Receptionist:- Responsibilities : Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors. Manage calls, inquiries, and appointments. Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation. Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations. Requirements : Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). Prior experience in a receptionist/admin role is an advantage.
