Job Description

Front office and receptionist duties Manage the front desk: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.  Handle communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.  Administrative tasks: Maintain office cleanliness, manage visitor logs, handle scheduling, and book appointments.  Provide information: Answer general inquiries about the company and its products or services.  Sales support and coordination duties Assist sales team: Support walk-in customers, provide product details, and help process orders and payments.  Manage customer data: Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with new leads and contact information.  Generate leads: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.  Handle sales documentation: Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.  Follow up on sales: Track quotes and orders, and follow up with customers on pending payments or other inquiries.  Coordinate internally: Work with other departments, such as logistics and accounts, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.  Contribute to targets: Actively promote products/services and collaborate with the sales team to meet sales objectives.
