Job Description

Job Location: Charkop, Kandivali

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome all guests, visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Respond efficiently to incoming calls, general inquiries and provide information about company products and services.
Manage appointment schedules for the management team, including booking meetings and conference rooms.
Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital as well as office stationery.
Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, organized and well-maintained.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a tidy and safe work environment.
Collaborate with HR and administrative teams to facilitate smooth office operations.
Assist with employee onboarding processes and the organization of dcor for company events.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational & administrative skills.
Good customer service skills.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask.
