Interior Designer

Job Description

Job Location: Charkop, Kandivali Key Responsibilities: Develop and prepare store design concepts and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings in 2D; generate 3D visualizations as required. Ensure documentation and design files are maintained in accordance with management requirements. Review technical feasibility for new setups and renovation projects. Create cost-effective design models, specifications and assist in the sourcing of materials, finishes and vendors. Address maintenance-related design queries and ensure timely follow-ups with relevant stakeholders for work completion. Monitor project progress in coordination with vendors and update the project control chart regularly. Qualification & Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial and retail design. Bachelors degree in architecture, Interior Design or equivalent field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Retail and Commercial Interior Design. Proven ability to coordinate with consultants, vendors and internal operations teams. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in project budgeting and cost estimation. Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to execution.
