Job Summary

The Receptionist cum Collection Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers and will also support the accounts team by following up on pending payments from clients. The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and basic knowledge of payment tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and route them to the respective departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure reception area is clean and presentable.
  • Handle courier/dispatch records and distribution of office correspondence.

Payment Follow-Up & Coordination

  • Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, emails, and reminders.
  • Maintain and update payment tracking records in Excel & CRM.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department to verify outstanding dues.
  • Share payment receipts, statements of accounts, and reminders with clients.
  • Escalate delay cases to management when necessary.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with daily office documentation and filing.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with basic admin tasks.
  • Support team during customer visits and office events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred).
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in reception, admin, or accounts follow-up role.
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office, Excel, Email drafting, CRM knowledge (added advantage).
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Professional attitude, polite behavior, and presentable appearance.
