Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle billing generation, answering calls, and consolidate day-end reports.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
Handle billing generation, answer calls, and respond to queries professionally.
Consolidate day-end reports and maintain accurate records.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Ensure smooth operations of the diagnostic centre's healthcare services.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of billing generation, answering calls, and report consolidation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer software applications.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
