Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in billing or reception roles.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and responding to queries.
Generate bills and consolidate day-end reports accurately and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform data entry tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of billing processes and procedures.
