Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to join our team at Palm Trees Yoga School. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train reception staff to achieve high performance standards.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing receptions teams and handling guest complaints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
