Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in receivables management. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the collection process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze and report on delinquency trends and provide insights for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry.
