Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Receivable Officer in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the receivable process to ensure timely payments from customers.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the receivable process.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records and reports of receivables, payables, and other financial transactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software applications.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
