Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in receivables. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the entire receivable process, from invoicing to payment collection. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze and report on receivable metrics, providing insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and interactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
