We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Receivable Executive in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in handling receivables and working with hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the receivable process, including invoicing and payment collection.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and customer complaints professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure timely payments.
Monitor and control expenses related to receivables, such as credit costs and bad debt.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
