Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Time Analyst (WFM) located in Ahmedabad. The Real Time Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing workforce management data to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include real-time tracking of call center metrics, adjusting schedules to meet demand, analyzing workflow patterns, and providing actionable insights to improve operational performance. The Analyst will work closely with team leaders to communicate any discrepancies and recommend adjustments. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis Experience in Workforce Management and Workforce Planning Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team leaders and other stakeholders Proficiency in using eWFM tools Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field This is strictly work from office for ( Ahmedabad ) gandhinagar location... need immediate joiners..
