The company is looking for a skilled MIS / RTA Executive with at least 1 year of BPO experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of data management, reporting, real-time monitoring, workforce management support, and advanced MS Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare & maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports
Monitor real-time adherence (RTA) & coordinate with operations
Analyze data & provide actionable insights
Support workforce planning & scheduling
Ensure accuracy & timely delivery of reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
