Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Time Adherence Executive in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and analyze real-time data to ensure adherence to business standards.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-adherence.
Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate records and reports of real-time activities.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of BPO/Call Centre operations and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in BPO/Call Centre operations.
