Role Overview

The Real Estate Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful closures across residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role demands strong leadership, deep market understanding, and the ability to manage high-value clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and performance appraisals.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members.
  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and ethical sales practices within the team.

Sales & Business Development

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
  • Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and leads generated through digital and offline channels.
  • Drive site sales and manage channel partner networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Client Handling & Closures

  • Manage premium clients and handle escalated customer queries.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination for documentation, agreements, and final closures.

Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain updated inventory, pricing, and scheme details.
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams.
  • Prepare sales MIS, pipeline reports, and collection updates.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in direct sales, site sales, and channel partner handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket deals.
  • Knowledge of RERA norms, documentation, and real estate sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
