Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in property developments. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and property values.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Development
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Relevant certifications in real estate or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
