Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for identifying property investment opportunities, providing expert real estate advice, managing client inquiries, facilitating property transactions, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Daily tasks include conducting market research, liaising with clients, coordinating property viewings, negotiating sales, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and at an on-site location in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Professional certification in Real Estate is a plus
• Experience in the Gurugram and Delhi NCR real estate market is advantageous
