Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for providing real estate advisory services to clients, assisting them in buying and selling properties, and offering relevant support in real estate development. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The specialist will work closely with sales teams and developers to provide tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Understanding of the local real estate market in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
