Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, selling, and closing real estate transactions. Other day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales contracts, and staying updated on local real estate trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in real estate or related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Real estate experince is required
