Real Estate Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and personable Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary role will involve assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You must deliver exceptional customer service and stay informed about the local real estate market. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through real estate transactions, conducting property viewings, and generating leads through various channels. You will be expected to prepare and present offers, negotiate on behalf of clients, and maintain relationships with industry professionals. To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor's degree is preferred) and ideally some experience in real estate sales or a similar field. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. Additionally, familiarity with MLS, CRM software, and real estate databases is advantageous. This position requires a professional appearance, the willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adherence to all real estate laws and company policies.
