As a Real Estate Sales Representative at our expanding team, your role involves actively prospecting, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. You will play a crucial part in generating leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities. Additionally, conducting property viewings and open houses, advising clients on market conditions, and negotiating sales and lease agreements will be key responsibilities. Your ability to prepare and present offers and contracts, maintain accurate client records, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets will contribute to your success in this role.
