You will be a Real Estate Sales Representative at Kingfisher Realtors, a dynamic and fast-growing real estate firm dedicated to assisting clients in finding their perfect residential and commercial properties. Your mission will be to offer transparent, client-focused services and establish long-term trust in the real estate industry. As a Real Estate Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include: - Meeting the sales target every quarter through the provided paid leads and data calling. - Presenting relevant property options to potential property seekers. - Accompanying buyers and team members on site visits. - Daily follow-up and monitoring of all assigned leads. - Cultivating strong customer relationships and collaborating effectively as a team player. - Demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and customer-handling skills. You should be enthusiastic about sales, growth, and earning opportunities. Your work schedule will be from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, six days a week, with weekdays off.
