In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets on a quarterly basis by utilizing provided paid leads and engaging in data calling. Your primary tasks will include pitching relevant property options to potential buyers, coordinating site visits for clients and team members, diligently following up with assigned leads on a daily basis, and building strong customer relationships while contributing effectively as a team player. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and customer-handling skills. To excel in this position, you must be a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales, growth, and achieving targets. You should be comfortable working the day shift from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, six days a week, with weekdays designated as the off days. Additionally, flexibility and adaptability to the fast-paced real estate environment are key attributes that we are looking for in potential candidates. The compensation details for this role are as follows: - Internship Stipend: 10,000 per month - Part-Time Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 per month - Full-Time Salary: 15,000 - 30,000 per month It is important to note that the final salary offered will be determined based on individual skills, performance, and will be finalized after the interview process.
