We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role involves actively prospecting, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Responsibilities: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities. Conduct property viewings and open houses. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters. Negotiate sales and lease agreements. Prepare and present offers and contracts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. Stay informed about real estate trends and market developments in Kharar and surrounding areas. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales role (minimum -2 years preferred). Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Kharar, Punjab, is a significant advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi and English. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
